Vina Builders started as a passion project when Thomas Tran purchased a home in Texas, and renovated the entire property from 'Frame to Finish'. Through experience and education, he honed his craft -- learning about home re-design, and the art of Home Improvement.

Currently, we focus on building ADU (Accessory Dwelling Units), Garage Conversions into JADU (Junior Accessory Dwelling Units), and Bathroom and Kitchen re-designs.

We abide by city Permit and Safety regulations, are fully licensed and have transparency throughout our process in our work, hiring and team.

Through our projects, we have helped families and individuals discover a way to build residual income, house additional loved ones and friends, and helped individuals facing homelessness find affordable housing.
